The founders, first generation Chinese-Americans, knew thatthey could deliver a more authentic-tasting style of Chinese food justas quickly and conveniently as the more popular Chinese fast foodrestaurants they'd visited in the area. They grew up enjoying theauthentic Chinese food their parents prepared and wanted to shareit in the tradition of true Chinese restaurants . . . with ample portionsat a modest price.
